Oklahoma City is proposing to collect an additional $1 million per year from those parking downtown and from motorists unlucky enough to have their car towed when they are arrested.
New ordinances raising parking meter rates and setting a fee for impounded vehicles were introduced at Tuesday's city council meeting.
