WASHINGTON (AP) — Recently unsealed court documents say an American-Israeli Jew charged with a wave of bomb threats against Jewish community centers offered to sell his services on an online black market.
The documents link 18-year-old Michael Kadar to a posting on the now-shuttered illicit marketplace AlphaBay advertising a "School Email Bomb Threat Service.
